Full body functional workout using ballet movements, pilates & yoga

The class focuses on small pulsing movements (isometric muscle contraction) with emphasis on the form, alignment and core engagement. It builds strength and flexibility and tone your body muscle by muscle. Suitability: Pilates/Barre is great for genders and age and all levels What do I need? - A set of light hand weights (0.5-1kg) or else a set of water bottles (1L = 1kg) - A small pilates ball (15-20cm) or a small cushion - A medium strength resistance band - A big pilates ball (55-65cm) - A yoga or pilates mat - A pair of normal socks that can glide (not the grippy type) - A heavy chair, a counter top or a cabinet (something sturdy) to be used as a barre
You can cancel the class up to 1 hours before the class starts. Otherwise the class will be charged.
