Our Signature Programme
This is a monthly programme that targets your overall well-being. The programme is comprised of various yoga, barre and ring classes. Yoga help you stretch and release tension from your body while building strength and flexibility. Mindful practice will also help you find peace and clarity. Barre incorporate ballet, pilates and yoga to tone your whole body muscles by muscles. The rings make your yoga or pilates practice more effective and they are also very good massage and myofascioal release.
Regular practice will help you build a strong body with a balanced mind while developing positive attitude towards life.
